Does anyone knows if TIME CRISIS 4 will work good 4 LEFT HANDED ?

I was wondering about this too. What qbamike is talking about is that the Guncon 3 has a new part underneath the barrel/muzzle with an analog stick and two sholder buttons sticking to the left of the gun as seen here: http://vssegn.angelcities.com/TC4/Pix/guncon3_front.jpg
