Does anyone recognize this Japan PS1 cover art

Hey all, I just got this PS1 Japanese memory card in a lot from Japan. Does anyone recognize this cover art or can translate it for me, many thanks.

looks like a Digimon game. The writing is translate to "Shukumei no Taiketsu" meaning "Confrontation of Destiny". Yet, after I've researched a bit, I couldn't find a digimon game with that name.

@yammireckorrdsan: Thank you, unfortunately I didn't get much information with Confrontation of Destiny. However, Shukumei no Taiketsu has lead me to Mega Man/Rock Man 7 or 8, and I do not believe this sticker is from that.
