not really.. they would basically have to edit the entire game to allow trophy support which would be horrible.. trophies are just meaningless "look what i did" icons that are a waste of time for the devs...

Pretty sure CoD is not on the PS1 let alone can even run Call of Duty in first place.. So thats a flat out lie. Call of Duty Classic is PC port I think.
