The game frame rate drops sometimes with 15 cars offline mode. I guess split screen they`d have to cut out some of the details to keep it smooth. (at least when running split screen) ..

ok if games like forza motorosport 2 and pgr4 will have split screen which has better graphics then motorstorm on inferior hardware then im pretty sure motorstorm can handle it lol the game is pretty bad not very good only has a good sound track right now im pretty hyped for assasins creed and Rac 5 and mbe warhawk for some multiplayer or mbe some other game like army of 2 who knows lol peacce msg me if ure in for tekken dr online tourney
No it doesn't but I have found that it is pretty easy and fun to join online games and play against other people. I got it for free with my PS3 and for that I think it is a pretty good game.
According to the devs, they said that they would have had to remove some stuff for the split screen mode (not from the game, I mean effects while doing an split screen race, as in GT4 were the split screen is inferior to the sp)
