Does Prototype get any better?

Hi, I picked up Prototype yesterday, and I'm not sure how I feel about it. At the moment, I'm finding it quite dull and boring, does it get better as you go along? I've just got the claw powers in case you're wondering where I am, but yeah, I don't think it's great so far. I thought it would be my sort of thing, I loved inFamous, but it's not really been that excting so far. Anyway, to make a long story short, does it get any better?

Lawl Prototype. I had to stop playing it. The fight sequences were awesome and the blending in was cool and stuff, but I dunno. I think it was missing something because I didn't feel attached to the game. :(

It gets a little better as you unlock more powers and ways to kill things, but it never gets really good.

Prototype is an amazing game. With all those powers there are endless hours of fun going around and killing everyone. The story was great too

It's kinda cool when you unlock the heavy armour and blade, I found the game pretty much a chore to complete though
