Does ps3 look good in 1080i?

Does ps3 look good in 1080i? and is it really that much differnt than 1080p?Drummersteve

Not bad but 1080p is a litle more better cause it have progresive scan =) IMO I think its better to play in 720p than 1080i =)

It just need some reason to actually turn the thing on, let alone decide what screen resolution to use.

 

Have to look on the bright side, it attracts all the dust in the room so i do not have to dust the Wii so much.

Just a shame it also collects dust like the PS3.hawk5377

Yes 1080i looks good. and yes 1080 looks better. But if you have a small tv you don't really need 1080p imoejstrup

You can't get 1080p on a small t.v.

My PS3 looks amazing in 1080i. Both movies and games.

mine looks awesome i would never buy a new tv just for the P. i don't get why people are saying 720p looks better a 1080i is more than twice the resolution.GARRYTH

I own both 1080i and 720p, I never tried a game in 1080i but I can tell you that 720p looks GREAT!!! haven't tried BD movies yet. How does BD movies look on 1080i/720p?? and which is better for movies?
