does street fighter 4 have a online tournament mode?

i was wondering because when they released the game it didnt have a online tournament mode and i read somewher that they were going to release it as dlc sometime later and i was wondering if they have already or have not and if that rumor is true or not? i havent got sf4 yet because of no online tourny mode there really is no reason to get it for me.

Yeppers, there going to have it in a new patch update. Theres also some other stuff thats coming too but not too sure what they are.
