I always thought it did, but in work yesterday i was reading the box, and the pictures of whats in it, and there was no HDMI Cable. I thought it came with one?

I think you have to go under [Settings] -> [System Information], but I'm going on very vague memory. It's on there somewhere though, the PS3 already preuses 5 GB of memory, so you realistically only have 55 GB to work with. As for the HDMI question, no, but don't buy HDMI cables at a retail store. They're ridiculously overpriced, especially the brand names. You can find a cheap one on the internet around $12, and the quality is barely, if even different from a $60 one.
you can use your composites to play in HD up to 1080i but if you REALLY want the highest possible audio and video, then you shuold get HDMI. Otherwise if u have a TV smaller than 37" and you don't have 1080p then just stick with those composite
