does the black psp slim scratch easily? i have a silver slim, but it seems to be going on the fritz and i was going to sell it and buy the core. i just kinda want to know cuz i know the back of it is all gloss, and i was wondering if they made it a little more resistant to scratching

Its the same resistance to scratching as your silver, but scratches might not show up as much on the black one. Just try to be careful with is and get a microfiber cloth to clean it.

I had mine for few months now and no scratches at all (If you take care of that is). The only add-on I use on mine is the one I recommend every single PSP owner to have - Screen Protector.

PSP screen, as beautiful as it is, is a dust, scratches and fingerprints magnet! To prorect it properly you need screen protector. Other then that, its all good. 8)

I bought my PSP, maybe two weeks ago. It's a Black Slim. I haven't noticed any scratches whatsoever on the surface, but there are some small, unnoticable scratches on my screen. But they won't show up when you play, only when you really look at them with a correct lighting set-up.

And yeah, I really suggest getting a screen protector.

I wish we had the option for the MINT GREEN PSP...

...i have the Piano Black Slim PSP and it doesn't scratch unless you just let it sit around in the open without a cover. I also highly recommend a screen protector.
