Would anyone know if this monitor supports 1080p?

1680 x 1050 at 60 Hz is max resolution so no. I'm not too familiar with monitors, but it seems to have a bad contrast ratio also.

Okay, im kinda confused then, how does this TV support 1080p when its only 1366x768? http://www.palsonic.com.au/product_sales/lcd-tv/tftv535bk.htm

For that tv, the native resolution is 720p or 1080i, whichever. It can receive 1080p but it wont' display it at 1080p. From what i understand it will just stretch the screen or something like that...I suck at explaining this. I know someone will come out and explain much bettr any minute lol.

Oh k. Will 1080p on that TV look better? or be very similar to 720p?
