Does yor psn account affects on how many things you'll be able to purchase from

PSN store ?

I mean i have Russian account and the amount of available demos that I can download from psn store is small. Then I created U.S account and there were a lot more demos and other stuff . But what if I create Japanese account, will it be different from others ? More demos? More other extras ?
