If you're careful and care about it, you need not worry about it breaking. And don't burn your DS, that'd be stupid. DS is awesome, as is PSP. Having both is the best of both worlds.

actually i want 2 so i can stay online Test Drive unlimited to race friends. And play other games while there not online i hate sigining on and off if im at home im online.

And im not going to burn my DS but my opinion it sucks crappy graphics. and gay games sorry. I am trading it in or donating to the boys club
