For some reason I believe game devs are smarter than that. The trophy is probably synced with the server time, not your PS3 time.

It's probably motivation for people who put the game down for a while to come back to it at least one more time. After all, the trophy probably wouldn't unlock unless you played the game again after a week.

You trophy people worry me immensely....... take a step back and observe yourselves, for the love of god.

Agreed. What sort of accomplishment is a trophy when it is gleaned by deceptive means ?

This game better be like Heroine addictive, or that trophy's gonna be too easy.

Plus, if you can all recall, there was time killing in Metal Gear Solid 3.

On the old guy (The Fury? No, that was the spaceman... I forgot old guy's name...) you can time kill him using the clock. Instead of actually fighting the guy, if you waited for 2 weeks, he'd just die of old age lol.

Some people just cheated and messed with their PS2 clock settings, but I don't know if time killing him is possible on the PS3.

"The End" was his name, I think. Wow, thats awesome! (although I don't remember him being that tough).

I wonder if you can mess with the clock settings to get Drebins' discounts in MGS4 on Sun/Wed?
