Please Answer The Questions/Sorry If This Is Confusing, But I Need Answer

Lets say someone bought a PS3 from Target and had to replace it five times and downloaded a Playstation Store game on all five of those PS3s, when they went to get the 6th PS3, would it still be able to download the game from your Playstation Network account even though there is a 5 PS3 limit download.

If not, SONY is technically ripping people off because if someone goes through five PS3s for some crazy reason or another and had the same Playstation Store game downloaded on all five PS3s and they can't download there same game from there account on the six one, you have to buy the game again on another Playstation Network account.

Because you can't have the same game on your original Playstation Network account, which is technically ripping you off because you have to make another account and buy the game again because you can only download the game on five PS3s and can't rebuy the game on the same account to get five more redownloads, regardless of wheither it was your fault for not getting it fixed instead of replacing it and having this problem because of this.

Also is there any way at all to clear your Playstation Store download history, I know this would not be possible for stuff you buy from the Playstation Store, but can stuff like demos be erased from the Playstation Network download history, I'm not asking if they can be deleted from the PS3 hard drive I know that, I'm asking if stuff you don't need any more can be deleted from the Playstation Network download history, so If I ever have to redownload something I don't have to go through hundreds and hundreds of stuff I don't need any more just to find what I need to redownload.

There's no need to remake another account... just rebuy it off the same account.

The statistical likelihood of you losing your harddrive contents 5 times as the reason for the PS3 failing you is... ludicrous. And it would be your own damn fault if you send back your PS3 without backing up your harddrive contents.

The data must be backed up -- once you take out the hard drive, you must format it once it goes into another PS3.
