But I also have another question. I downloaded the .zip and went to open up the program but it won't let me. It opens a black screen and quickly closes right after. Any help?

It's a command line program without a GUI. Read the readme that came with the zip file, and it will explain how to use the program.

hi i cant use the program can anyone help me.

The readme says to drop a p3t file into the program and it will automatically work. When I do that a little black screen pops up telling me there was an error. :DNico_14_Ian
