How does the gameplay differ between these two games? Are they both 3rd person perspective? Which has better graphics? Do they both have single player offline?

Anyone know?

From what I've seen, Dragon age has you controlling a party in more classic rpg settings, In demon souls you play alone (with the exception of souls that can help you that are played by people and phantoms that hunt you) and it seems to have more of a survival horror element.

Demons souls looks so damn good *wants*

well for one demon's soul is more of a diablo type of game. And dragon age is more like knights of the old republic where you can control more than one player. They are both action RPGs. They both fights demons :P

Honestly I see Dragon Age Origins being a much larger game than Demon's Souls.

dragon age might be bigger in size but demon's soul is graphically superior in its dungeon castle architecture and outside environments.

honestly demons souls isn't that much like Diablo. Diablo is much more a button masher compared to demons souls. If you're careless in demons souls you die.

Actually, I think Dragon Age looks more like Diablo then Demon's Souls does. I picture Dragon Age being like Diablo + KOTOR

Demon's Souls is supposed to be hella difficult. I remember watching some people play the game at Anime Expo. The player was walking up a flight of stairs and as soon as he reached a platform an enemy threw a firebomb at his face and died from it in a few seconds. It looked like it was impossible to dodge unless you had a huge sheild or if you took out the enemy from a distance. It was on a flight of stairs and the enemy seemed to come out of nowhere, making it one of those "OH ****!" moments. lol.

Demon Souls is the hardest game I think I've ever played... it's only like Diablo in the sense that you get souls and items from the things you kill... Gameplay has absolutely no similarities, you have to approach every battle strategically and every swing and shield block is pretty d*** crucial... Dragon Age: Origins is going to be like all the other Baldurs Gate RPG's seeing as it is their spiritual successor... I assume on the console it'll play out somewhat like Mass Effect in the sense of managing your party as well as using the pause-and-play radial wheels used to select what powers you use.... Demon Souls can easily take up about 80 hours of your life if you're focusing a lot on character level ups and harvesting souls/ore... I'm assuming it'll be a bigger game than Dragon Age even though it's a little more linear focused in a way... But the replay value on Dragon Age will be super high because of the different Origin stories you can play, and how much that is suppose to affect actual gameplay and interaction with all the NPC's...

Can't wait to get my hands on the NA version of Demon Souls, and play Dragon Age...

So many RPG's it's awesome:

Dragon Age, Demon Souls, Alpha Protocol, FFXIII, Mass Effect, and Borderlands (It's and RPS so I'm allowing it)
