Dragon Age:Origins for PS3, wat do u think?

Hey guys, i also wanted to know wat fellow PS3 owners themselves think about Dragon Age:Origins for the PS3. First off, theres no really no info from BioWare about how the game is coming along on the consoles, especially on the PS3 which doesnt even have a confirmed release date from BioWare. I must say that im not sure how the game will be on the consoles and i guess the one bright spot bout the PS3 version coming out later is that we will know how the 360 plays out initially. Still, not knowing how the game is coming along is troubling, how r the controls going to play out, hows is it looking for the PS3?, many questions that are unanswered, wat are your thoughts?

I had heard of it for a while, but I just say a trailer for it and I think it looks awesome

Personally, im not really excited for it. But then again, i really dont play RPGs unless they are portable, or are more action based (Kingdom Hearts II).

Im still making my way through Oblivion, but after that I'll prob pick me up a copy!

I haven't seen anything on PS3 version, no gameplay nor how the game runs on hardware. I understand it's Bioware but I'm not buying into any PR brainwashing no matter who the developer might be.

Until I see PS3 version running I remain cautious.

There is only one chance to make a first impression, Bioware has yet to show me PS3 version of Dragon's Age. Their launch day delay for PS3 is not positive start.

I'm still exited for the game but time will tell if my hard earn money will be spent on it.

There are many games to enjoy it's up to Bioware to deliver quality product.

If you have both systems, you NEED to get it for 360...it comes out weeks earlier.

I'll wait because I only have a PS3. Damnit!

I think it looks pretty awesome. I'll be getting it for the PS3. I just like my RPGs on the PS3. I don't mind waiting a couple more weeks for it. Gives me more time to work on Demon's Souls is all.

Personally, I'm buying the PS3 version. I played through the Baldurs Gate series, NWN and in my opinion, they have proved their expertise in RPG gaming. Dragon Age has to be their pinnacle achievment to date.

This game doesn't look like it'll be as good compared to their other titles, I wanna wait to see how it is first.

ill get demon souls and enjoy that while waiting on reviews for dragon age

Anything BioWare touches is a day one buy for me.

Personally I think this game is gonna be sick. Ive been waiting a longtime for it, as well as darksiders. GOTY.

I would have to agree, BioWare does have a good reputation but PR is just that PR. The 360 version will be some hint on how the console version plays out. Maybe the PS3 version being delayed is due to BioWare wanting to make sure that their first RPG on the PS3 makes a great first impression and has lots of success. The lack of info will hopefully change as we get close to November.

Have my Collectors Edition for the PS3 on reserve order. I'm ok with the wait as October is going to be a busy month for gaming anyways. It's been a long time coming for me as these types of RPGs (fantasy) are the ones I enjoy the most.

Bioware hasn't had the best record with technical polish, so I'm a bit concerned about the PS3 version. It's probably why it comes out two weeks after the 360 version.

Always been a big fan of Baldur's Gate on the pc, so looking forward to Dragon Age. Should be a mix of old school D+Drpg with next gen graphics and gameplay

Must have game, although I will be getting it for 360.(yes, I have a PS3, but I like the 360 controller for RPG's and FPS's.)

I think it is going to be good. I'll be getting the PC version. If you don't have a good graphics chip, then PS3 would be a better option.

I'm a bit weary of the console versions of he game mainly because of the gameplay. It seems like it'll be more of a point and click game which will be far better suited to PC. I'm gonna wait for some reviews before commiting to the PS3 version.

I really only found it due to them using Marilyn Manson's 'This is the New S%$t' in the trailer, it looks good seems interesting story wise, just too much strategy involved for me I think, if it was a proper hacking and slashing action game i'd love it, say oblivion style but the whole click and watch the battle play out doesn't interest me.

im getting the pc verion becayse it has some kind of tool kit i think.
