Just got my DS3 controller and tested out on COD4 and Resistance. I was just wondering if anyone else who has one noticed if your analog sticks pressed down a little too easily. Playing Resistance I kept pressing the zoom button whenever I was in a heated battle and moving the sticks around really fast. I noticed it in COD4 a lil bit to I would hit the knife button when I tried to aim quickly. Has anyone with a DS3 noticed this, or could you do a quick comparison with your sixaxis and DS3? I don't know if this is a faulty thing or if its something I gotta get used to with the new controllers. Any comments are appreciated.

I didn't know the DS3 came out already. Now I know what to get at the mall today if it's available. The sixaxis has the same problem with COD 4. When trying to aim sometimes the knife comes out instead. I've gotten killed this way a few times. I don't think it's unique to the DS3 controller, but it's a quirk of the playstation controller itself. I've always like the feel of the 360 controller. I wish a third party company would make a similarly configured controller for the PS3.

Must be the way you play the game. Try resting your thumbs lightly on the analog sticks instead of pressing down firmly. My DS3 doesn't do that.

Didn't noticed that problem when i was trying out my friend's DS3 controller nor have I heard him complain about such a thing. Could be the way you play and how tense you were while playing.

That might be it....I may just be holding the controller a little too tight.
