I have a very easy question that i'm sure someone will know. It's probably already been asked, but I have not seen it. Does anyone know when Dual Shock 3 will be available in the US? I keep seeing spring, but what's the date? Also, and even more importantly, will it bring rumble to my PS2 and PS1 games? I can't stand playing my older games without rumble, it just feels weird, they're not the same without it....I already gave up my ps2 so that idea is out and plus, ps3 upscales them. I got a generic adapter from radio shack that brings back rumble when used with Dual shock 2, but it only works with like 2 of the older games. Anyway, I would greatly appreciate any info anyone has.

im not sure when the dualshock 3 will be available in the states (supposedly late spring), but since I couldn't wait any longer, I just ordered a white Dualshock 3 off of wirelesshut.com last night...they're only $55.00...pretty good deal if you ask me

I did the same. one of the power sellers on ebay is actually located in my City, i called and asked if I could buy it direct and they said i could pick it up from their warehouse for 49.99 + tax (but no shipping) but with work I dont have the time to go so I ordered it from them off ebay
im talking about alternativedvd btw so they are reliable if you guys are interested

They haven't announced an actual date yet so no one knows when the launch will be. Yes, it will rumble with the PS2/ PSOne games. I have both the black and the white and they work fine.
