dude wtf theres locks on psp games

well i just blew 20 bucks, bought a game on my brothers account becasue he had 5 bucks and i had a 20 dollar card, the game was 20 so i needed to cover the tax. it was the capcom collection, but meh,. i got to play and it and thought it kind of sucked..

ANYways this skpe. i didnt even know the psp had it. will the people i phone get chaged long distance?i tryed it at my ho`use and it was a long distances call
and another wtf. i get a thread closed because i wrote somehthing like. hi im new. wow.. grow up mod.

cool lol. but still can someone tell me about the long distance thing on skype.. also can people call me??? if they can im just gonna throw my cell phone out the window.!! BLEH, can the psp use a blu tooth head set ??!!
