Hey,

I was importing music from CDs to my PS3, and a couple of the discs were just a little dusty and I got to wondering (I was bored), if discs are dusty, does the disc slot collect dust when the disc is inserted and ejected? Is this harmful tot eh PS3?

-Thanks

Get a microfiber cloth, or just use a shirt to gently remove the dust. If they were a little dusty, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Alright thanks. The discs I used had virtually no dust, I was just wondering if dust would stay in the slot or drive if a disc was really dusty.

-Thanks
