Linger in Shadows. You just look for them lol Otherwise if you want an actual game, Prince of Persia is really simple so far from what I played, I'm getting a lot by not even trying to.
From my time on the PS3Trophies.org forums, the general consensus is that the easiest games are Burnout Paradise and Buzz Quiz TV. Both can be easily done in a few days.

Nope, Pixel Junk Eden has the hardest ones by far. You can get 61% of the Warhawk trophies just by stat padding with a buddy in a closed server. It's pretty silly, but fine with me. Uncharted and Burnout would have some of the easiest ones probably. Although Burnout has some time consuming ones like finding all of the billboards and gates, but Uncharted can be taken care of in only 2 playthroughs. Once on Hard, once on Crushing. All done.
Burnout Paradise is pretty easy. I played the game for about 10 minutes and ended up with 5 bronzes and 1 silver. Uncharted is also easy.
Little Big Planet's are generally pretty easy -- acing all the levels was tough / frustrating in some spots (damn you, Bunker!) and getting 100% of the prize bubbles was time consuming when it came down to getting the 4x ones / finding people to participate.
Looking at Fallout 3's trophy list, they're all easy but are sure to take a while... thankfully Fallout 3 is a brilliant game.
GTA IV's are extremely time consuming but not terribly challenging. COD WAW's list revolves almost entirely around beating the game on Veteran difficulty, which is tough but totally doable.

"easiest" depends on your skill. Buzz as an example needs only skill at the online trophies (win 50 matches or something like that) which my girlfriend easely obtained oO (she's intelligent and fantastic and memorizing questions, that way she easely got the other skill based trophies). Personally, Sega Genesis collection was easy for me, almost played all of them before and just got after the trophies. Most movie-based games are really easy. You might like this list

I found BioShock pretty easy too, it's certainly not the easiest Plat out there but is pretty easy.
