go watch some 1up shows and read egm, most of are extreme xbox and anti sony.

i listen to both the EGM Live and 1up Yours podcast every week. i dont see them as extreme fanboys. for example... a lot of them love Stardust HD, and besides Garnett (who really want the game to have a nostalgic feel), all of them love doing Warhawk Wednesdays.

Dan Shu is really hooked on achievements though.

If it's any consoledation... Play Magazine (Whatever that is) gave it a 9/10. In the end... I only trust IGN, Gamespot, and Gametrailers. They seem to be the only sites that are for the most part unbiased. Some games I've noticed people will review it at a 5 but gamespot will give it an 8.5RoganSarine

on the 1up Yours podcast... Shane gave a game a 6, which he said is a good score. but on sites like GS, a 6 is considered a mediocre score.

in the end... people are just way too hung up on numbers. people are bashing EGM for this review without reading what they have to say. pretty fanboyish if you ask me.

I also saw they rated that blue dragon game 6.5 7.5 6.5. I dont know I just dont trust egm reviews in anything and please dont change ur mind aboutgetting lair because of one review from a magazine.

**** We all believe something without proper facts? I see no link i see no quotes and yet you all say, "I saw this comming"...I've read about 5 articles with hands-on reviews and they were all stunned by the graphics the gameplay with the sixaxis motion sensing was great. The mission were deep, the difficulty was just right so i dunno what you guys think but LAIR is going to be awesome.
Besides all that, it looked so good that sometimes they didn't even focus on the gameplay because they were stunned about it looking this good and yet the PS3 performed it without a single glitch in framerate.

Why would anyone go through the trouble to spread such a stupid rumor? I think that most of you guys are upset by the fact that this game didn't rate as highly as you expected it too so you say that it's a fake. I bet if the game scored highly and I said that it was a fake you would all be flaming me right now.

Well it's the same with paparazi and stuff, they write so many rumors about for example celebrity X had plastic surgery w/e! People just do this it's normal. Besides in this case itcould have been a mad xbox fan trying to crush LAIR. Who knows

All im saying is just don't believe everything you read. Especially not Figures. The review is more important, their arguments, why is it bad, why is it this, why why why. If all the answers to the questions are right in your opinion THEN you can say alright the game is not so good. But just because someone writes "OK LAIR GOT a 6. 5. 6 ITS CRAP" you believe the game is crap?
