Anyone know if->where you can get these?

Generally when I used to buy a used game from EB or wherever for PS2 or old Xbox, I'd have a supply of empty cases so I can slide the cover down in them to give them that clean glossy look once again...plus I absolutely LOATHE those used price stickers they slap right on the corner that clear circle they put over the opening which usually leaves the case far more nastier than it was before hand.

So now that my question/mini-rant is done, anyone know if blank PS3 cases exist and can be ordered anywhere?

yeah exactly! I've seen the empty blue ones for movies, but haven't ever seen any clear ones for PS3 yet.

yeah I can always get the blue ones for now until some actual PS3 Clears come out, surely SOMEONE in the dvd-case-making-business has to be thinking about it lol..I'm real picky when it comes to how my collection looks...I hardly buy used simply for that reason alone.

I agree, i hate the nasty glue left over. They just ruin it once you try peeling it off.

yeah, a long time ago back in PS2's hayday people suggested this stuff you got at an autoparts store, Guke-B-Gone lol or something to that effect..but after cleaning off the actual glue, it in turn leaves IT'S OWN personalized smudge in the glues place..good times! lol

Try a product called "Goo-gone" I used it to remove some crappy stickers from a used GH controller I bought.
Also, the only reason I remembered it is because of Hank's post

yeah maybe the stuff I had was too strong..feels funny complaining about a plastic case, when the game inside is the real treasure..but I guess thats why I love for the cases to look mint, especially if its a great game..you know what its like..you got all your games lined together on a shelf..and the spines of the case give off that shine from the ambient lamp light...makes you proud!! lol

Hey some people like mint condition looking comics, I like mint condition looking games!! Still have FFVII in the box with the clear wrap sealed around it, never opened. (yeah, I played on another copy lol)

Boil some water or get some hot tap water and put it on a rag to remove the glue. The heat will soften the glue up and be easyer to remove

or just use some baby oil or lighter fluid, those both work really well for getting crap off of the case, just put them on a cotton ball or something and wipe on the glue until it comes off.

EXACTLY!! I bought a used one from the GameStop a couple of weeks ago, and I wasn't being rude or anything at all, but I waited till the moment when the guy behind the counter was starting to make actions as if to throw one of those stickers on it after he put the disk in the case.. I asked him if it was mandetory that the sticker be put on there. He said it was mainly due to theft and security reasons...Why would I attempt to steal my own game I just bought lol?!! Oh well.

Gonna start scanning Ebay as well...thats where I got my bulk PS2 cases last time.
