English MGS3 on Asian PS3

Is there anyway to play MGS3 (in English) on my Asian PS3 ?

I live in a PAL region but I have an asian 60GB PS3 (NTSC-J) and I love MGS3 , but I don't read or speak Japanese ,

so is there any way I can get my hands on (NTSC-J) English version of MGS3 ?

Btw, how do non-japanese speaking people living in Asia, (HK,SG,Malaysia) deal with this matter??

Hi I am asian though I dont know much about mgs3. I know normally we just play instead of following the storyline

So we asians dont bother
