im using epsxe to play the legend of dragoon but the screen kinda glitches and turns green after every attack so any help in this area? and well the pre-rendered backgrounds look horrible so how should i configure video
You may need to change your video codecs. Look for a configuration guide for epsxe. Someone will have a list of what codecs you should use for specific games or permanently.
