error during install. help please!!!!!

hello all. ive been trying to download the demo of Marvel vs Capcom 2 from the playstation store. everything goes fine until it needs to be installed. when my playstation tries to install it i get this message, "an error occured during install operation (80029564)" does anybody know what this means and what i need to do to fix this? this is the first game thing i've tried to download off the playstation store and plan on getting the full game when it comes out so i want to know if this is something that is gonna have me throwing money away or what. i posted this this morning with no response in the marvel vs capcom 2 forum but nobody answered me :(. any help would be greatly appreciated.

my guess is the downloaded file is corrupted, delete the file & redownload it again :)
