Error Message When I Try to Stream Music from my PC through my PS3

It works fine with my XBox 360 but when I try to connect to my PC through my PS3 to stream music it gives me some kind of Error message.

I can play video from my PC on my PS3 but that's about it, I can't even view my pictures from my PC through my PS3.

Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thanx

What are you talking about?? I just got a PS3. Why would I be asking about a problem I'm experiencing if I didn't.

does it say 'network error has occurred' if it is you the same problem as me i don't how to fix it i tried everything i could think of gamer26690

Yea. Is it because I'm connected wirelessly? My 360 is connected to the LAN by wire as is my PC and it works fine.
