Eternal Sonata looks like it might be coming to PS3

Looks like PS3 is going to be the RPG system of choice again.  First Oblivion, now possibly Eternal Sonata.

Why...would...that make it the system of choice when both games are on the other competitor console? Along with many other great RPGs...

Honestly the ps3 is lacking the RPG releases this year.

namco bandai rpg's are always generic just play them to pass the time until a new FF or something from square

 Certainly he wasn't taking this as a opportunity for a cheap shot which has nothing to do with the Topic.

It's a bad rumor nothing more. If you go to the neogaf forums a guy posted the ESRB from Japan and it didn't have anything about Eternal Sonata or Trusty Bell there. Not to mention the source of this 'rumor' is from a site that has lied before. Not that its a big deal either way since this game sucks. The reason 360 users wanted it so bad was in hopes that it will increase Japan's desire for the 360.

 Either way. if the rumor pans out to be true the PS3 will get it later which would be a timed exclusive for the 360 and that's interesting coming from a japanese developer.. rpg at that.

I think your right on the timed-exclusive part. If they are smart Namco will want to get their marketing dollars from Microshaft before they release on PS3.

  And the fact it was annouced for Xbox 360 / Next gen systems and not 360 exlcusive
  AND SONYs good realtionship with Namco Bandai i believe its true ...

 Seriously who wouldn't believe that Eternal Sonata had a 90% chance of being multiplat -- its gonna be dual release or timed exclusive ... 

thats a good thing.  the only exclusives should be from 1st or 2nd party developers.  everyone should get to enjoy all the great games. 

im a 360 fanboy but i think that ps3 should get gears of war so that more people can enjoy it.  im also glad that sony fanboys will finally get to play one of the best games ever in ninja gaiden.
