Watch the IGN video review and read the review and you will see that Fallout 3 is definitely an RPG.

You seem to like JRPGs (i can tell because of your avatar...) so i would recommend Eternal Sonata, you won't complain about it. There's a demo at PS Store, so you can try it.

Do yourself a big favor and just get Trusty Bell(Eternal Sonata).
