Everyone who is having problems with the 1.8 update...

What brand router are you using.  Most likely this is a situation specific to a few companies.

i have a Linksys and had the same problem, but i turned off the media server connection.

i have a linksys, seems to me that those are the ones giving the problems.

im using a siemens speedstream router. I can share everything but the ps3 refuses to read my mp3s...i have had no problems with phottos and limited succes with videos and when they do work, i get no sound
