Hmm. I'd have to say the flaws they found are actually a relief. I was most concerned about cheating. But the one way they found doesn't really concern me too much. Also the lack of a story mode is kinda lame, but I wasn't really expecting one anyway. I'm glad the gamplay is complex rather than basic. This game still looks good. I"m going to get it.
Seems neat, and I would probally of picked it up a few years ago but I had to stop the whole card game thing. I'm ashame to admit this but I was a Pokemon kid. Spending countless hours mowing lawns and washing cars and spending countless dollars on pokemon cards. I think after I spent 50 bucks on a single card is when I woke up and started to realize that this hobby was way to expensive and addictive.... I mean come on 50 bucks for a piece of paper with a picture on it.... what was I thinking:?
Luckily according to the review, you can make color copies of cards and add them to your deck. I don't think this is cheating, it's more like levelling the playing field. I wouldn't be surprised if sites started popping up on the internet with card scans...
I might just get this one as well. I've never been one to play card games like this but this looks fun. I'm always up for learning new things. Hey and to get the camera too. Thats sweet
at first i thought this was gonna be a total lame gimmicky game. but it seems like they put effort into making a quality card game. the added effects and online play are nice bonuses. just wish i had disposable income to buy it though :(. 10 bucks more for the camera is a great deal too... sounds like a sleeper hit to me.
Sony is really good at getting a bunch of different types of games for their consoles. We dont need 49 different FPS's for our console give us a variety :)
