Eye Problem

I can't get the PS3 to detect the Eye. I've got the Eye plugged into the PS3, the Eye's blue power LED lights up, but the PS3 says "no camera detected" in the Accessory Setup on the XMB, and in EyeCreate.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, or do y'all have any solutions?

#1 try the troubleshooting part in the instructions (if there is one) or try unplugging it, restarting the system, go to the camera screen then plug it in if you havent already
