fall out overrated?

i rented it and ionly got to where i walked into the city that has a bomb in the middle of it and already im bored...but if i run into some action its so stupid how i can just pick a body part when i can actually shoot the crap out of it. useless

just because YOU don't like it doesn't mean its overrated.....just return and get a new game jeez.. and i consider it a milestone in gaming actually

There are some very cool moments in that game. I'd give it another go if I were you.

Fallout isn't a game you "rent."

There is much more fun to be had if you'd give it a better chance.

It's not action-filled because it's an open-world RPG, which means you spend a lot of time wandering around. It wasn't my cup of tea! Nor was Assassin's Creed.

Yes it's very overrated. I like it, but it's not as good as everbody says it is. I liked Oblivion way more and I thought Fallout 3 was nowhere as good as that.

I think it's way overrated, I don't really like it that much. I managed to put a good 15 hours or so into it, hoping it'd get better, but for me, it just didn't.

I thought that as well, until I played it.

Fallout 3 is no way overrated. The game deserved all of the praise and reviews it got. IMO, the game is border-line revolutionary.

Fallout 3 starts off slow...but once youleave megaton in search of your dad and doing a buncha side quests, I found the game quite excellent

I don't think Fallout 3 is overrated at all...

I think it's a shame you're judging a game based on playing on the Prologue...

And as for doing missions to find your dad? You're playing an RPG...not an FPS...of course there are gonna be missions.

I love this game mainly because I find the universe that they built for this game to be so interesting. This game is MASSIVE and very rarely do I feel the need to go and explore every area. This game made me feel that way. Normally I don't care too much about trophies, but I've been so sucked into the world that I feel compelled to go after the platinum.

I agree this game isn't for everyone, but I absolutely adore this game. It stands toe to toe with Metal Gear Solid 4 as best game of the generation for me.

okay but i walk around and seeing robots that are like cops i think? anyways there is no purpose...i left off where i had to find the dad which is a total waste cuz i have to do favors for ppl like the dude who owns a bar at the city with a bomb in it..weirddeathmaker181
