Which partner in fallout 3 is the strongest at level 20? i know the human npcs you get level with your character, so the more levels you gain the stronger they become. fawke, dogmeat and rl-robot 12 can't not level up cause they are not humans. does anyone know which partner is the strongest? i heard good things about fawke but is he even stronger then a level 20 star paladin, butch, clover, jerico, charon. what do you think?
