why is it that there are some lags on the add ons but not when i play at the capital wasteland.. are there reasons for this?

also, how can I fix this lag? or at least improve it

The add ons work the same way as DLC they just install from the disc. The DLC was somewhat rushed out onto the market for the PS3 even after all the delays cuz I suppose the boys at Bethesda were getting sick of all the b**ching from all of us PS3 owners who ever so patiently waited(yeah right). There is no way to fix it until they patch it so your just gonna have to deal with it.
