I don't think so but I can ask some people about it. The game got released today so be I'll ask at amazon.de for you ;)

When I'm very lucky I am able to rent the game this evening and then I can test if you can play it with English sound or subtitles. :P

So I went to rent (nice rhyme :P) Fallout 3 but there weren't any copies left :(

And on top of that I found an article which states that there isn't any other sound/subtitle than the German in the German version. It was only a testversion but I don't think that there are changes. I'm sorry dude.

Do you wanted to get a German version because of the cut it got?
