Im stuck inside Statesman Hotel. I killed all the mutant dudes and got all the way to the roof. The friendly guy up there told me we could get out of there if I found a battery thing for him. I can't get to the stupid battery because I don't have a lock pick skill of 50. I went all the way back to where I came in, and I can't get back out, because I can't jump that high. Is there any way to escape this stupid building without using the elevator?? :evil:
