Ok, So I'm currently level 16 with Neutral Karma, problem is that I don't think I'll have enough exp left to get to 20 from completing all of the side quests and main quests. So is there another option for me that I can do? Thanks in advance!

You normally should have enough exp to reach level 20 by completeing missions, if you have any dlc then you're pretty much garunteed. Or just do what I do, walk around the wasteland exploring places and killing anything that moves. Deathclaws are always fun. Actually that's a good idea, search in and around Old Olney for nuka cola quantums, there's plenty of them and deathclaws I would imagine have a fair bit of exp.

Maybe it was a bad idea to set the difficulty to VERY easy just to rip right through the game...I didn't know enemy xp had such a big impact.

I think Neutral Karma is the hardest one to keep up in the game by far. Especially with the things that are done in the game. I don't really know what advice to give you to be honest. I was always good or evil when it came down to it.

That could be problematic.... As I've pretty much said tho, high level enemies=more exp, therefore by that equation stuff like super mutant masters, those really powerful robots with rocket launchers whose name I forget, behemoths, deathclaws and anything else like that should help you level up. If you want a challenge, kill them on very hard difficulty.

Does changing the difficulty affect the exp from quests too? Or just monsters?

Just monsters, but you could weaken a tough enemy on easy then change to very hard and kill it to get more exp. Also I forgot to mention that lockpicking, speech challenges and hacking also give exp.

Oh yeah. That's actually in the manual and strategy guide. It gives you percentages. Fort Bannister is also a good place for experience, The Talon Mercs come out of the wood works in that place. Great weapons too.

Well it looks like I got some exp farming to do, hopefully will get me to 20, on NORMAL mode that is. I'm not that kind of gamer who loves challenges and plays games on hard settings, just addicted to getting trophies and beating the campaign. So Evergreen Mills and Fort Bannister are great places to kill stuff then, question is: Do they respawn? If so, how long should I wait for?

It's not hard to kill deathclaws if you have a dartgun, some pretty easy and effective farming there. Just saying.

Do you know an approximate waiting time? A day perhaps?

I think it's a few ingame days, not sure exactly how many as it may vary between monsters. For me they only respawn when im not around for a while, I haven't caught them in the act. Also they don't respawn inside buildings.

I think the place I'm gonna LOVE farming most is Evergreen Mills. It's packed with raiders and for some odd reason right after I hear: "YOU'RE DEAD MEATSACK, or TEAR YOU APART"! I just love blowing them into bits. :D
