Fallout 3 Patch Status?

I'm assuming that anyone who has ever played F3 on PS3 knows that it doesn't run as fluid as other versions, but I thought I heard about a possible patch coming to the PS3 in order to fix these issues. Since I haven't played it in a while, does anyone know if its arrived or if it is ever coming at all?

There are 2 patches already out , and they fix all the problems ... and add trophies ...WhiteEagle91

I have the game , and my neighbour has it , and we didn't had a single freeze all playtrough ( and i played it atleast 60 - 70 hours ). So it must be something whit your PS3 , not the game.
