the perk that allows you to get a ear off a dead good/bad persons body,

and lets you sell

them to a "seceret" person

who does the good ears go to, and the bad ones

btw not shure if its ears, fingers....but you get my point lol

Never had the "evil" side of the perk, but the fingers go to some kind of association (can't remember the name) which is in the northeast part of the map. You sell them for about 10 caps each.

Ya i forget where you sell them. But if i remember correctly you get a few caps. But i think more importantly you get Karma.

With the good perk for fingers trade them in to regulators at Regulators HQ I think it was. And sell ears to some business guy in ScrapyardI think, he in a small room
