Fallout 3 question...

In FO3, do the enemies level up with you like they do in Oblivion?

That really annoyed me about Oblivion. I prefer to keep levelling up until I can easily crush any enemy I stumble upon.

nope. i have the game (its AMAZING). Enemies are set in stats and difficulty.

Thats why if you try to go to Downtown DC when you first start, youre gonna get murdered. fast.

And i too think this system is way better Oblivion's level system.
