I noticed during the stage demo you seriously think with the expansions and other DLC they won't do anything for PS3 users? Thats pretty messed up if they actually do that because they aren't supporting their communiy they develop the the PS3... That doesn't make sense to put it on the PS3 and not support it...XxAnubisxX
they are getting so much money from ms so they dont really care about giving us dlc but i hope they will

yea i know i just hope sony will do something this time
Look how the GTA DLC turned out. nobody even plays that game anymore. shabab12
Until the DLC comes out.
Frankly this rather ticks me off too. Sony needs to be more aggressive about these things. Not b/c I give two tugs about who wins the console war, but b/c when us PS3-only owners lose out on oppurtunities like this it punishes us for supporting Sony. I love my PS3, and really and truly get a darn good amount of use out of it. I wouldn't give two thoughts about trading it in for another system and don't have the time to invest in owning all the systems. I work a lot! I also am still taking classes to advance my career. I just don't have enough time to devote to games anymore and as such owning more than one system (plus my computer) just isn't worth the money. As such it's when crap like this happens that I get annoyed. Once again, Sony's laziness is punishing their own consumers more than anything.
Also, here's a link
remember the famous GTA4 exclusive Xvrap DLC? read that : http://www.videogamer.com/news/07-05-2008-8218.html
it's not the first time a Sony official states that this content is neither exclusive or existing at all ... Most likely it was a disgusting ploy from Microslut to sell a few X360
So some "exclusive" Fallout 3 DLC??? no credibility for me
While I openly hate Microsoft's will in giving blank checks to any developer so they can get something for themselves. This is the only game where I like a lot so much so that I will not oppose losing DLC just so that I can play it on my ps3.
Ps3 better system hands down. Sorry for anyone who doesn't agree.
Also on a side note eventually they will offer the DLC to the ps3 just not for a while which is why it is "exclusive" if only a timed exclusive anyway. Just like Bioshock it said 360 only on the box and look where that is headed. However what I don't like about bioshock is they are not making any improvements they are just trying to make it as good as the 360. O well.
Really off topic so I'm done now.
I personally think that its really pathetic on the part of the devs to even save or create DLC, just freaking put it in the complete game. Its just another tactic for making more money for them these days. Coolboy420x
I totally agree, I don't buy any DLC unless it's something really big (it would almost have to change the entire game) that they obviousley developed after the game was finished. Would never buy map packs and that kind of crap. I also get tired of games way before the DLC contents are released.

I also 100% agree. Game developers have seen that they can rip off millions of people who are willing to pay for this kind of stuff. They release games now for $85 that are "limited edition" and come with crap like a duffle bag. AWESOME! And they also can release games for $170 (Rock Band).
Like that's not already crazy enough, they can easily get another $20-100 off of people who want to download all the songs that Rock Band offers, that they could easily just put on the game. Now, you've paid nearly $300 for a game. That costs more than entire systems used to cost.
This is just insane, and I dont support it. Not like it really matters, it's just going to get more and more ridiculous, and developers see that they can put less and less content in games, but still sell it at a high price, and then just make more money off of thousands of people later who are willing to pay money for DLC.
Just a quick edit : I enjoy Rock Band, but I just used it as an example for how expensive games are getting. I would never buy it for that price, though.

I have been saying this forever! I'm okay with it if sometime after the game was released they said "hey wouldn't it be cool if this was in the game" and then made some dlc for it, but when its planned like in GTA 4's case its just BS. they make 100% of the game and only sell you 90, then make you pay extra for the other 10.
