Where can I find People with Fat Man mini nuke launchers in FNV? I want to know at least 4 people that have mini nuke launchers. I have also heard a rumor that if you kill them they re spawn? True/False?
Ahh Baron but you are wrong because if their were no launchers that it would not exist in the game but there is. One question, do you actually own FNV?

Ammo is very scarce for the mini nuke. I think I accumulated maybe 15-20 shells for the thing in total. You should only pull it out for special occasions. I'm not sure where to specifically find ammo for it.
