fat princess beta trouble

i got a key from gamespot today, i never get lucky enough to get these things and even when i do, it seems they're borked. i dl'ed it, installed it...i can play it...but i have no audio at all in the game. i do on the xmb while it's in the idle state. i do when the playstation logo comes on. but once i hit the game, i have no sound. i unplugged my mic cause i thought maybe that was the problem but it still has no sound. anyone have any suggestions? perhaps a delete and redownload? can i even do that with a beta? thanks in advance.VixDiesel

Check the volume settings in the game and if that does not help, then re-download the beta.

Most likely, GameSpot, IGN or the PlayStation Blog.

There are a few people that are having this problem according to the playstation forums, luckily I'm not one of them.

i did say i got the key from gamespot. :P but yeah, i will try a redownload. has anyone else been having this problem?VixDiesel

Then, it's probably a glitch from the game itself and might be fixed with an update.

do dev's update beta's? i've never really been in a beta before so i'm not sure how these things go down.VixDiesel

That is the whole point of beta's, expect lots of patches.

You need to report the bugs to a certain place, I assume the email might have a location or something to send bugs.

It seems that there is a sound bug, here's the thread for that.

The e-mail I got with the beta code said it was just the SCEA board.
