Deux Ex: Human Revolution's Icarus is stunning.

Heavy Rain is another game that has some pretty epic music.

My pick goes to Hitman Absolution ;)

Red Dead Redemption - love the homage to the Ennio Morricone spaghetti westerns.

Skyrim - if this was a movie, the score would win an Oscar.

Those are the real standouts to me, but I think Ni no Kuni and the Uncharted games deserve a mention as well. I think music can do so much for a game.

• Red Dead Redemption

- Infamous, just "Anything for Trish".

- Assassins Creed 2.

For now that's it, have to play my rest of the games to know their BGM.

Guess My favorites at the moment Rayman Origins, Sonic the Hedgehog(1-3, Adventure 1 & 2, CD and Heroes) Prince of Persia Trilogy,Final Fantasy XIII, & XIII-2, El Shaddai,Okami, God of War and Heavy Rain I'm sure there are plenty more plus I can list alot of them from other platforms.

As for other platforms do like the Soundtracks for Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Halo, Tales of Symphonia, Dust An Elysian Tail, Legend of Spyro The Eternal Night, Metroid Prime, Starfox, Some Mario games and Super Smash Bros.

Those are which I mostly listen from, guess it is good amount of titles

Donkey Kong Country 2

Skyrim comes to mind in recent memory when facing a Dragon but Uncharted: Drakes Fortune still remains my favorite this generation. It set tone for the following sequels however the original tunes are in my head even today, years later. Such an amazing soundtrack. 

NieR is my all time favorite video game soundtrack. I love every song from it.

Some note worthy ones include Blu-Bird, The Ultimate Weapon, Kaine-Escape, The Lost Forest, Emil-Sacrifice, Ashes of Dreams / Aratanaru.

I mean just to name franchises here as most games in them have wonderful music.

Parasite Eve

Command and Conquer (including RA)

Diablo

Turok

Duke Nukem (older games)

Ace Combat

The Legend of Zelda

Halo

Wipeout (racing games)

Mass Effect

Individual games too, 

Like Bastion

Hard Reset

Cities XL

Zeno Clash

The Last Remnant

Even Deadlight, and Mark of the Ninja had some tracks in them that were pretty good.  (same for Blue Dragon, and Lost Odyssey)

I haven't tried either Neir, Heavy Rain, or Deus Ex HR.  All of which are on my games to get list. 

I see them mentioned a lot in the music threads here. Thats all the more reason I should check them out.
