I have alot but my favorites are dante and nero from "devil may cry 4" and joe from "viewtiful joe".

Falsetto from Eternal Sonata is probably my favorite character that graces a PS3 game.

I also adore Chie from Persona 4, Jann Walker and Marina from Valkyria Chronicles, and Yuri and Judith from Tales of Vesperia.

Solid Snake, Big Boss, The Bossand all the villains from MGS 1. There really aren't many MGS series characters that are any less than memorable (exept Deadcell and the Cobras.... wackos). I also like Marcus and the various members of Delta squad from Gears of War. Tai was a real bad #ss. I wish they would have give him a little more game time. Cloud, Vincent, Cid, and Sephiroth are awesome. Squall was awesome. I can think of tons of Final Fantasy characters actually. Man, this is getting hard. I guess if I had to name one and only one it would most definately be Solid Snake. He's my anti-drug. Haha.
