Do I have to have the game in question? If so, my favorite that I have is probably Wipeout Pure. If not, my favorite that I don't have is (thus far) Killzone: Liberation.
My first fav game was Ultimate Ghost and Goblins after that it was Patapon and after that it was and still is RR, but currently I spend most of my time playing Vitua Tennis and Burnout Legends, so those two are my current fav PSP games.
"NASCAR 2006" by EA Sports. I play it every day, have beaten the challenges and all the stuff is unlocked, play it on Legend difficulty, and it still makes me happy.

Have to give that game a look. Been hearing good things about it lately..
I don't have many games for it, and actually thought I'd sadly give up on it after my girlfriend got me a DS Lite for Xmas...however, Crisis Core has been incredibly fun, Midnight Club 3 is nice to have on-the-go, Vice City Stories was incredibly fun, and aside from having trouble with it at first, Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops is getting addicting. Incidentally, I'm not much of an online player, but is Portable Ops Plus worth it if I only play it on my own?
So far, for replayability, Star Wars Battlefront Renegade Squadron. As for the best story game, God of War: Chains of Olympus. (I only have four games though)
