I would say that FEAR is a good buy for PS3 owners who don't feel like playing through Resistance again, (for the millionth time :P ), but it probably isn't the best version out there, (read the IGN review for criticisms about the framerates & graphics). But if you've never played it before, then you probably wouldn't notice those things anyway, (you'd still probably notice the framerate issues though).
