FF dissidia 1 & 2.

What are these games like? Are they a rpg or a fighting game? I was watching youtube and all I see is fighting. Looks cool though.

Highly recommended if you're a huge fan of the series though. Overall it's nothing special.

i really loved it i got it used off amazon for like 8.50? but i would pay full price even for it. part 2 has the story from the first game in it plus a new one and new content. its really fun id check out some gameplay vids and see what you think of it but its a fighting game at its core just so you know

What he said. If you do decide to get into dissidia (and you really should) Dont buy the first one, at this point, it will be a total waste of money

The second one is an expansion from the first with another story. Get this one instead.

Thanks for the replies. But what I really want to know is if there is any free roaming, or linear, or just a dialogue story with a fighter battle system? How is the game carried out in this regard? And what other game modes are there besides story?
